Why is a buyer-centric methodology important? Because it helps guide rather than push you through the decision-making process. It puts your needs and interests ahead of the salesperson’s need to win the project.
In this intial call, we decide whether or not the potential exists for me to help — and if it makes sense to explore your goals and challenges.
Together we do an in-depth discovery to explore your goals and challenges, and assess if we’re a good fit to work together.
To help you make the best choice about working together or not, I review the information gathered in the exploratory call, then recommend a plan designed to overcome your challenges and reach your goals.
Here we set expections, reaffirm your goals, clarify each teams’ roles and responsibilities, and align your sales and marketing processes to one another.
In the first 60 to 90 days, we look for “quick wins” (short-term tactics that will generate leads the quickest) then begin focusing on long-term strategies.
So that you remain informed and confident about results, we build out reporting dashboards around key performance indicators (KPIs) and hold quarterly progress reviews.
